U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Releases Final Conservation Plan for Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available the Final Comprehensive Conservation Plan and Environmental Impact Statement for the Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge, outlining a 15-year management proposal that could begin as early as 2006 or 2008.
