National Park Service Receives Plan of Operations for Drilling in Big Thicket National Preserve

The National Park Service has received a Plan of Operations from Famcor Oil Inc. to drill beneath Big Thicket National Preserve in Texas, and has prepared an Environmental Assessment in response to the proposal.
