Bombardier Issues Airworthiness Directive for DHC-8-102 Airplanes to Prevent Electrical Power Circuit Failure

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive requiring modification of the electrical power circuit on Bombardier Model DHC-8-102 airplanes to prevent component failure, which could lead to smoke in the cockpit and loss of control of the airplane.
