Modification of Class D Airspace at Grissom ARB, IN

The FAA proposes to expand the Class D airspace at Grissom ARB, IN, to accommodate Instrument Flight Rules Category E circling procedures, which would enable a lower Circling Minimum Descent Altitude and increase the area of controlled airspace.
