US Department of Transportation Proposes to Eliminate Commuter Air Carrier Registration Requirements

The US Department of Transportation proposes to simplify the process of applying for and maintaining commuter air carrier authority by eliminating the requirement for commuter air carriers to file initial and amended registration forms, which are duplicative of other required filings.
