Treasury Adjusts Civil Monetary Penalties for Inflation

The US Department of the Treasury has published a final rule to adjust its civil monetary penalties for inflation, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, for the years 2022 and 2023.
