Nomenclature Changes Reflecting Creation of Department of Homeland Security

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has implemented technical changes to the Title 22 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts 40, 41, and 42 to accurately reflect its creation and assumption of Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) functions, as well as updates to visa-related forms.
