U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Emergency Loan Application and Evacuation Documentation Form

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for a proposed information collection, DS 3072, which is used for emergency loan applications and evacuation documentation, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
