Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Seeks Grant Proposals for Fusion Arts Exchange Programs

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals for four Fusion Arts Exchange programs, which will bring together international and American undergraduate students for a 37-day cultural immersion experience in the United States, starting in July 2007.
