U.S. Imposes Antidumping Duties on Polyethylene Bags from Malaysia
The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued an antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags imported from Malaysia, following a section 736(a) investigation under the Tariff Act of 1930.
