US Department of Commerce Announces Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value for Frozen and Canned Warmwater Shrimp from India

The US Department of Commerce has made changes to its analysis of comments received, resulting in a final determination of sales at less than fair value and a negative final determination of critical circumstances for certain frozen and canned warmwater shrimp from India, with the final weighted-average dumping margins listed in the attached document.
