Farm Credit Administration Final Rule on Conservatorship and Receivership of Farm Credit System Institutions

The Farm Credit Administration published a final rule on September 22, 2005, clarifying how the Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation will handle qualifying participations and securitizations in the event of a conservatorship or receivership. The rule becomes effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register, which is November 14, 2005.
