Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Regulations for NAC-MPC Spent Fuel Storage Casks

The NRC is revising its regulations to include Amendment No. 4 to Certificate of Compliance 1025, which modifies the NAC-MPC cask system design to incorporate vacuum drying enhancements under a general license, increasing drying time limits and revising fuel assembly content limits.
