Michigan Regulatory Agency to Consider License Transfer for Hartley and Hartley Landfill Site

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is considering a license transfer for the Hartley and Hartland Landfill site in Kawkawlin Township, from SCA Services to SC Holdings, Inc., and invites public comments and a hearing on the proposal.
