Proposal to Collect Information on Transactions of U.S. Affiliates With Their Foreign Parents

The U.S. Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection to reduce paperwork burden, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following a request from the Federal agencies to review and comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections.
