Federal Acquisition Regulation; Fast Payment Procedures Amendment Proposal

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to revise the Federal Acquisition Regulation's fast payment procedures, allowing for fast payment without requiring the 'Fast Pay' marking on invoices and shipping containers, and eliminating the need for a 'No Receiving Report Prepared' marking. This change aims to streamline payment processes for government contractors.
