Federal Acquisition Regulation; Documentation Requirement for Limited Sources Under Federal Supply Schedules

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify procedures for ordering activities with limited consideration of schedule contractors, making editorial and restructuring changes to the regulation.
