Federal Acquisition Regulation Rule Update: Increased Justification and Approval Thresholds for DOD, NASA, and Coast Guard

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to finalize a rule increasing justification and approval thresholds for the Department of Defense, NASA, and the U.S. Coast Guard, as mandated by the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005.
