Federal Acquisition Regulation; Accounting for Unallowable Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to clarify the accounting for unallowable costs. The rule adds specific criteria for identifying unallowable costs using statistical sampling and revises the language regarding advance agreements.
