Federal Acquisition Regulation to Allow Lump-Sum Reimbursement for Employee Relocation Costs

Summary

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, allowing contractors to be reimbursed on a lump-sum basis for three additional types of employee relocation costs, in addition to existing miscellaneous costs.
