U.S. Trade Representative Office Releases Addendum Notice for Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) Competitive Need Limitations

The U.S. Trade Representative Office announced on February 25, 2005, that it has accepted product petitions for further review in the 2004 GSP Annual Review and set a schedule for public participation in the review process, including a public hearing and the opportunity for stakeholders to submit written briefs.
