U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Pool Cue Imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into the importation of pool cues with self-aligning joint assemblies, following a complaint filed by J. Pechauer Custom Cues Incorporated on February 28, 2005, alleging infringement of a U.S. patent.
