U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Automated Mechanical Transmission Systems for Medium-Duty and Heavy-Duty Trucks and Components Thereof

The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated its investigation into a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 and issued a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order for certain automated mechanical transmission systems used in medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks and their components.
