U.S. International Trade Commission to Review Portion of Tariff Act Violation Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has announced that it will review specific parts of a ruling by an administrative law judge finding a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 in a trade investigation involving optical disk controller chips and related products.
