U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Fabio Perini North America, Inc. for Patent Infringement on Tissue Converting Machinery

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into Fabio Perini North America, Inc. for allegedly violating U.S. patents on tissue converting machinery, including rewinders, tail sealers, and trim removers, imported into the United States from abroad.
