U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Device Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has launched an investigation into a patent infringement complaint filed by SAS PRAXIM of France and Varian Medical Systems, Inc. of California, alleging that certain devices infringe on U.S. Patent No. 5,447,154.
