US International Trade Commission Reverses ALJ Findings in Patent Investigation, Remands Investigation to ALJ
The US International Trade Commission has reversed the findings of a presiding administrative law judge in a patent investigation, remanding the case to the ALJ to determine infringement of certain patents and the existence of a domestic industry. The Commission has also vacated a portion of the initial determination and directed the ALJ to set a new target date and rule on a motion related to a recently discovered license agreement.
