USPTO Amends System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The USPTO is updating its Privacy Act notice in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, to reflect changes to the system of records for attorneys and agents registered to practice before the Office. The public is invited to comment on the proposed amendments.
