USPTO Requests Public Comments on Revised Patent Eligibility Guidelines

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has updated its guidelines for reviewing patent applications to determine patent subject matter eligibility, following recent court decisions, and is now seeking public input on these revised guidelines, with a comment deadline of June 30, 2006.
