Radio Broadcasting Services; Laramie, WY and Timnath, CO - Request for Comments on Channel Reallocation

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition to reallocate Channel 288C2 from Laramie, Wyoming to Timnath, Colorado, as the latter's first local aural transmission service, with the modification of its authorization in compliance with FCC rules.
