Television Broadcasting Services; Sterling and Fort Morgan, Colorado

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposed rule change by Channel 20 TV Company, which seeks to relocate its station from Sterling, Colorado to Fort Morgan, Colorado, and is requesting that the FCC not consider competing expressions of interest in the use of the new location.
