Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service Grants Relief to Parties Affected by 9/12/01 Disruptions

The Federal Communications Commission grants relief to parties who filed requests for review of Universal Service Administrative Company actions after September 12, 2001, deeming some requests timely and granting others a 60-day extension to resubmit their pleadings to prevent further disruptions in mail service.
