FCC Corrects Satellite Retransmission Rules

The Federal Communications Commission has corrected a mistake in its 2002 document regarding the application of network non-duplication, syndicated exclusivity, and sports blackout rules to satellite retransmissions of broadcast signals, which incorrectly stated that notifications must be received by the satellite carrier.
