US FCC Amends Rules for NGSO FSS Co-Frequency Operations

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has updated its rules to allow non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) service providers to share frequencies with geostationary satellite orbit (GSO) and terrestrial systems in the Ku-Band range, subject to equivalent power flux density limits.
