US FCC Substitutes DTV Channel for Charleston, WV, Following Request from Pappas Telecasting of America

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has substituted DTV channel 52 for channel 23 in Charleston, West Virginia, at the request of Pappas Telecasting of America, following the completion of necessary procedures and obtaining Canadian Government concurrence due to the city's proximity to the US-Canadian border.
