FCC Denies Petition to Reconsider DTV Channel Assignments in Texas

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a petition for reconsideration filed by International Broadcasting Network, effectively terminating a proceeding that involved a change in digital television channel assignments in Tyler and Lufkin, Texas, as previously reported in the Federal Register on October 16, 2002.
