Federal Communications Commission Denies Reconsideration of Radio Broadcasting Services Reallocation

The Federal Communications Commission has denied a joint petition for reconsideration from Franklin Communications, Inc., North American Broadcasting Co., and WLCT Radio Incorporated, effectively terminating the proceeding to reallocate Channel 227B from Chillicothe, Ohio to Ashville, Ohio, and modify the station WFCB's community of license, as previously decided in 2002.
