FDA Clears Bristol Myers Squibb's Cyclophosphamide for Injection Reformulation

The FDA has determined that Bristol Myers Squibb's discontinuation of CYTOXAN, 2g vials, was not due to safety or effectiveness concerns, allowing approved ANDAs referencing the discontinued formulation to remain on the market.
