Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed rule requiring hydrostatic testing of portable fire extinguishers, as part of an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-sponsored information collection request submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
