FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Access to Records Under Bioterrorism Act

The FDA has made available a draft guidance document clarifying when the agency can access and copy records under the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2003, and outlining procedures for exercising this authority.
