FEMA Submits Proposed Information Collection for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection involves a revision of a currently approved form, FEMA Form 95-23, which will be used to collect information from individuals on their enrollment in Independent Study courses.
