U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Fireworks Display at Bear Creek Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety area around Bear Creek Harbor in New York, near Lake Ontario, to protect spectators and boats from potential hazards during a fireworks display. The restricted area will cover a 200-yard radius around the display and affect vessel traffic in a portion of Lake Ontario, Calumet Island, and Clayton, New York.
