TSA Exempts Eight Systems of Records from Privacy Act Provisions

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is implementing a new rule to exempt eight systems of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, allowing the agency to withhold records in response to investigations and sensitive information requests.
