Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee to Discuss Training Program for Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch

The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) will hold a public meeting to discuss a proposed training program for officers in charge of engineering watches, as part of Task Statement 36, and provide recommendations to the Secretary of Homeland Security on seaman training and qualifications.
