Department of Labor Seeks Comments on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Request

The Department of Labor is requesting public comments on a proposed extension of its authority to collect information from employers regarding agreements and undertakings, in an effort to reduce paperwork burden and comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
