Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Prescott Highway Bridge Drawbridge Operation Regulation

The US Coast Guard is proposing a rule change that would allow the Prescott Highway Bridge in Wisconsin to remain closed to river traffic during the winter months, from November 1, 2005, to April 1, 2006, to facilitate necessary repairs to the bridge.
