Coast Guard Makes Final Rule for Updating Shipping and Transportation Regulations

The US Coast Guard is making editorial and technical changes to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) titles 46 and 49 to update organization names and addresses, and make conforming amendments and technical corrections, effective October 1, 2004, with no substantive impact on the regulated public.
