The Coast Guard proposes to change the regulations that govern the operation of the Norfolk Southern (NS) Railroad Bridge across Christina River, at mile 1.4, in Wilmington, DE. The proposed change would maintain the bridge's current level of operational capabilities and continue to provide for the reasonable needs of rail transportation and vessel navigation.
