Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Changes to Bridge Regulations for Miami Beach Marathon

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary rule change to allow the Venetian Causeway bridges and other Miami bridges to remain closed during the 2005 Miami Tropical Marathon on January 30, 2005, to accommodate the event.
