TSA Proposes Exemptions for Certain Files Under the Privacy Act of 1974

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking to exempt several of its files, including the Transportation Security Intelligence Service (TSIS) Operations Files, Personnel Background Investigation File System, and Transportation Security Enforcement Record System, from provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, and invites public comment on the proposal.
